We’re seeking an experienced Sleep (PSG) Technologist to oversee routine and specialized testing, including overnight polysomnograms (PSGs) and Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs). You’ll observe patients as they sleep and make decisions regarding the initiation of positive pressure therapy (CPAP, Bileveled, Servo ventilation) titration and other treatments the patient may need. You’ll also score polysomnographic recordings, perform MSLTs, conduct daytime studies and work with a range of patients, from infants to the elders. To keep the laboratory in its highest working order, you’ll also calibrate equipment to ensure safest and best patient care possible.
You’ll need a CPR and RPSGT Certification, along with Polysomnography and sleep recording experience. A demonstrated ability to score 30 second epochs is required, phlebotomy experience and certification is preferred.
