This position is responsible for the direct oversight of the day-to-day operations of the department's Sleep and PFT laboratories, as well as DME department. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Directing the activities of all clinical support personnel including technicians and staff.
Ensuring the cost-effective use of equipment, supplies, and personnel necessary to deliver services.
Performing routine equipment care and maintenance and inventory evaluation.
Collaborating with the Director in the development and management of the budget and is accountable for the financial performance surrounding the management of services.
Scoring sleep studies
Associate or Bachelor's Degree required
Certification/Registration as a Polysomnography Technologist required
Experience in supervising similar laboratories; a sleep center ideally
Five or more years of experience in the Adult Sleep Medicine setting
Requires excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
Must be a self-motivated and an independent thinker
