This includes answering questions related to medical equipment (PAP and O2), act as liaison between MD, patients and equipment vendors, updating provider on patient's symptoms, create telephone encounters/addendums and scheduling appointments, process and send orders for PAP/O2 therapy to DME companies. Work situations require a service-oriented individual with the ability to work independently under limited supervision
