Position Highlights:
Most of the patient volume is general ENT. The team does have a need for need for Ear, Head & Neck, &/or Sleep Subspecialty.
Full spectrum ENT with large catchment area
4 days per week
36 contact hours, 1.5 days OR
2.5 days Office
Schedule is somewhat negotiable
Joining 4 total ENTs, 1 PA-C, 3 Audiologists, 2 RNs, 3MAs, and 2 seasoned Surgery Schedulers
20-24 patients per day average
Shared hospital call
Epic EMR
DAX
Subspecialties in department include Head and Neck, Facial Plastics, and Laryngology
Subspecialty focus welcome but not required
New and fully equipped clinical space with established referral base; ASC and 2 procedure rooms on-site
Collegial local community ENT groups and excellent state academy with yearly academic meetings (NWAO)
Primary Responsibilities:
Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods and techniques.
Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations.
Counsels and educates patients and families.
Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Communicates effectively and respectfully with physicians, other health professionals, and staff.
Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members.
Demonstrates the highest level of accountability for professional practice.
Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Is flexible, resilient, and change oriented.
Participates in organizational and departmental meetings, educational opportunities, committees and workgroups as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
A degree in medicine from an accredited school
Completion Otolaryngologist Residency
Board eligible or certified
Unrestricted license to practice in Washington State
Maintain BLS certification
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for Washingtonresidents is $386,960 to $562,000. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
