Accountabilities: The MOA is part of a team that assists the internal call center (located at our Cedar Knolls and Summit locations), scheduling patients and assisting where needed. Manages incoming phone messages (80-140 calls per day) Assists with Internal Call Center Operations such as appointment scheduling, routing calls to appropriate teams within the EPIC EMR system, triaging patient symptoms to assist with prioritizing urgent appointments.
